Season Finale and Pizza Party

Here’s the schedule for the day
10 am Arrive at the Coliseum and get your gear on
10:30–11:30 am All skaters on the ice
11:30–noon Family open skate
noon–1 pm Pizza party & prizes
How to get there
Please try to be there by around 10 am so we are ready to hit the ice on time. Enter the State Fairgrounds from Como Ave. by the Miracle of Life building. Use the parking lot on the south side of the Coliseum (even if the sign says coaches & officials only). Enter the arena through the door by the big white Quonset hut. Once inside, find locker room #4 to your right.
What we have planned
While it will be warmer than watching us skate outside, it wasn’t too warm in there today, so wear a jacket and maybe bring a blanket. After our hockey players skate for the first hour, friends and family are welcome to skate from 11:30 to noon. Show off those skating skills you parents have been keeping secret.
Pizza & Prizes at noon
We’re having Davanni’s delivered at noon, and we’ll send somebody for Little Caesars too (kids choice). We’ve got regular and diet sodas and bottled water. You’re welcome to bring your own soda, snacks, or treats. We’ll have cups, plates, and napkins.
While we eat, we’ve got some Saint Paul Hockey Club T-shirts and a couple knee hockey sets, and maybe more prizes we’ll draw for. Players will get a chance to win for every time they skated this winter. There will be an envelope with each hockey player’s name on it. The chances will be in that envelope. Put your chances in the bucket of the prize(s) you want.
It should be a fun day of hockey, skating, and celebrating a great year of hockey!
